Inotive Solutions B.V. is a privately held company founded in august 2007. The three founders recognised the increasing potential of the 'connected wellness' market. The two main drivers behind this market were and are the wide availability of broadband internet and the increasing interest to take control of your own 'quality of life'.

Inotive started with a connected weight scale and personalized dashboard, which were introduced late 2008 in The Netherlands under Inotive's “Youw8 – Dashboard your life” ™ brand. Since that first introduction, the Inotive team realized that its technology could be utilised in other markets as well. Inotive also changed its strategy from serving the consumer market with its own brand, to a business-to-business model in which Inotive develops and sells the modules and software or complete products for an OEM customer.

Today Inotive is active in the following European business-to-business markets: Wellness, Energy & Home control and eCar & eBike. In The Netherlands, Inotive continues to sell connected wellness devices under the YOUTRACK brand.

THE INOTIVE TEAM

	Nard Sintenie (CEO) has extensive experience in the electronics, semiconductors and internet industry. Nard fulfilled several executive management positions at Philips, NXP and other (international) corporations in the Netherlands, USA and Asia. Common themes were turn around and fast growth in developing markets. Nard is co-founder and partner of a venture capital fund targeting early stage high tech companies in the eastern part of the Netherlands.
	Erik Ekkel (VP Business Development) spent over 20 years in various technical, business and marketing positions with Philips Electronics. During his career, Erik has been involved in Personal Computers, the creation of the DVD platform and connectivity products. From 1998 till 2003, Erik was based on the Philips HIgh tech Campus in Silicon Valley. During these years Erik focussed on business development of several new connectivity solutions. Erik is co-founder of Inotive Solutions.
	Jeroen Nugteren (VP Operations) started his career in operations at Ericsson in the Netherlands. After Ericsson, Jeroen broadened his experience at Berenschot as senior consultant Supply Chain Management and at DSM as Change Manager in a global process redesign program. In 2004 Jeroen moved to Philips Connectivity Solutions as Operations manager. Jeroen is co-founder of Inotive Solutions.
	Edward Bongers (Director Sales & Marketing) worked as founder, manager and director for several companies in the media industry. From 2010 onwards, Edward’s main focus is on healthy and sustainable mobility. He is founder and director of eCarConnect and founder and chairman of the Foundation ‘Limburg Elektrisch’. This foundation works closely together with several public and private parties to establish a centre for sustainable mobility. Edward studied industrial engineering and organizational sciences in Tilburg.
	Claire de Wit (Director Sales & Marketing) before joining Inotive, Claire worked as account manager at Dyson. During her time at Dyson, Claire was involved in all aspects of bringing a new product proposition to the (retail) market. Claire holds a Master's Degree in Strategic Management from the University of Tilburg and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Avans Hogeschool Breda.
	Johan Meijer (Quality Director) has over 15 years of experience in customer service and quality related topics on DVD recorders and networking products. In these roles, Johan audited manufacturing partners in both Asia and Europe and visited B2B customers to resolve and quality related problem.
	Alexander Curvers (Architect & Lead engineer) has over 10 years of experience in software development. Early in his career, Alexander developed custom websites, portals and intranet's for small and large companies. Next he worked on Projects at Getronics Pinkroccade, where he was responsible for designing and implementing software of digital (web) services offered by local governments to their citizens. Before joining Inotive Solutions, Alexander has been active as freelancer in projects as lead developer for UPC's web based software.
